A Note From Your Counselors

Junior High Students:

We are excited about our 2024-2025 school year! We are here as a resource for each and every student. We help you navigate through your junior high years, whether it is scheduling, interests, peer relationships, communication, setting expectations, making choices, organization, new environments, or even how to get through a rough day. We support you through your struggles and celebrate with you in your successes. You are on your way to becoming the best YOU!

In addition to individual counseling, the Junior High Counseling Team offers opportunities for you to learn, connect, and grow.

Groups: Hope and Healing (grief support), SPI (Social/Peer Interactions), New and You (new to Texas), Nerves and Worries (managing anxious feelings), FISH (Families in Separate Homes).

Classroom Series Topics: communication, organization and study skills, goal setting, positive decision making, healthy coping skills, setting boundaries, healthy relationships, and future planning.
