New/Transfer Student Enrollment

When registering, please have the following items organized and ready to upload:

> Proof of Residency Document **Must be in the name of the enrolling parent/guardian**
You are required to provide ONE OF THE FOLLOWING
If you lease  - a copy of the lease including dates, signatures and landlord contact info
A current utility bill (gas, water or electric) in the same name 
If you own the residence - a copy of the property tax statement for the current year                                              

 > Driver's license or photo ID of enrolling parent/guardian
 > Enrolling Student’s Documents
  *Birth Certificate
  *Social Security Card
  *Immunization Record (mandatory for out of state transfer students to begin)
  *Withdrawal Form from previous school
  *Transcript showing all high school credits earned to date
  *Last Report Card (or Current Student Schedule from previous school)
  *Any Special Education, 504 or ESL/LEP Records
  *Any legal/custody papers regarding parent/student
